Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I personally road test it so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based on the findings of my road test. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Please read the entire description carefully before bidding or asking questions. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is an unusually clean 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I would rate the body of this Jeep as ABOVE AVERAGE. As you can see from the photographs, this Jeep shines well from any angle and looks great. Other than a small hairline crack (see photo) at the passengers side rear fender, there is no body damage present on this Jeep. What makes this Jeep most desirable is the lack of body rust. Other than a very small spot of surfact rust on the bottom of the front passengers door, there is no rust on the body of this Jeep that I could find. The tires have about half tread left all around. All of the glass and lenses are in tact. The hitch is rusty but the rest of the underside looks good. I buy and sell a lot of Grand Cherokees so I am very picky with what I buy. This one immediately caught my eye due to its outstanding condition. This is a '94...not an '04 so please be realistic. There are a few stone chips on the hood, ect. as you would expect on any car of this age. However, this Jeep stands head and shoulders above most out there as you can see. I would rate the interior of this Jeep as ABOVE AVERAGE also. The door panels are clean and in tact. The carpets are pretty clean for an older Jeep and not worn out. The headliner is clean and in tact. The seats are comfortable, clean and show no wear throughout. The cargo area is pretty clean as well and comes with the original retracting cargo cover. All of the buttons (power windows, locks and mirrors) work as they should. The stereo is the original unit and sounds fine. The climate control system is in good working order. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, too! Pride in ownership definitely shows in this Jeep. It comes with two original keys and a complete set of manuals in the glove box. This was a Central PA car since new. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in great condition. The 225hp/300lb-ft 5.2L V8 engine starts right up and runs well. I did not see any leaks. During my road test, this Jeep behaved very well. The engine held perfectly cool temperature and excellent (like the best I've seen in a while) oil pressure. There were no warning lights on. The big V8 makes tons of power which makes this engine great for towing. It accellerates to highway speeds easily and cruises effortlessly down the road. The suspension feels pretty tight and the steering is neat and responsive (although the wheel is a hair off). It does NOT pull or vibrate at all on the highway. The brakes feel great and stop this truck easily and without pulsation or noise. This Jeep is equipped with the Quadra-Trac full time 4WD system. This is also one of the best Quadra-Tracs I've driven in a while, too. They are known to bind up in tight corners as they age but this one drives very well in tight spaces. The transmission shifts smoothly. This Jeep is also inspected through the end of this year if you are a PA buyer. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
