i am a missouri dealer and this vehicle was bought from a bank as a repocession. it has a clear title .this vehicle has slightly over 200k miles but still runs great. i have sold dozens of these tdi's so i do have experience and knowledge about this specific type of vehicle.  you can expect about 46 mpg on the highway. ;they often last well over 500k miles so don't believe for a second 200k is end of life.closer to the beginning than end.  i just put over 500 dollars in brand new tires on car. its a fully loaded tdi jetta including sunroof, heated seats , power windows,locks , cruise, its a 4 speed auto. ;tranny shifts good but it shifts hard into 4th gear only on the upshift. it also has new brakes.  some mods where made to this particular car.it has a turbo boast gauge, ;it has had its egr valve removed, this is done to eliminate the carbon build up in the intake that will eventually happen to all tdi's that have not had this mod. ;the turbo controller has also been removed . ;this allows the turbo to overboost for ;greater power and acceleration. because of these 2 mods the check engine light will remain on. this will not effect engine performance so don't worry about it. all power features work as expected, it has a keyless remote, abs brakes, front and side airbags. please feel free to ask questions if you still have them. i list items to sell not to
