Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I personally road test it so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this car based on the findings of my road test. The information contained within this description is true to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Chevrolet Impala sedan. This one is finished in tan with matching tan delux cloth interior. I would rate the exterior of this car as AVERAGE. There is a dent on the left side at the rear bumper (see photo) and a few scuffs and scratches on both bumpers as you would expect to find on a used car of this age. Otherwise, this is a great looking car. The paint shines well and I did not see any rust on the body. All of the glass and lenses appear to be in tact. The wheels have some usual scratches on them. The tires are in good shape and should last a while yet. All in all, this is a good looking Impala. I would rate the interior of this Impala as ABOVE AVERAGE. Opening the door, you will see that the interior has been pretty well cared for. The seats are comfortable throughout and show no signs of wear. The door panels are in tact. The carpets look clean and full throughout. The headliner is not sagging either. The power windows, locks, seat and mirrors all work as they should. The factory remote entry system is working properly. The stereo system is factory original and sounds great. The climate control is working properly. The air conditioner works well. The trunk is clean and very spacious. The original owners manual is included with the car. Mechanically, this Impala appears to be in good running condition. The 3.4L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't see any leaks. During my road test, this car drove very well. The engine is powerfull and accellerates this Impala to highway speeds effortlessly. On the highway, she cruises very well. She drives nice and strait with no vibrations or pulling. The brakes stop the car well and with no pulsation in the pedal. There were no warning lights on other than an intermittant airbag light. The suspension and steering both feel tight and responsive. During my road test, the engine held normal operating temperature. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts like it should. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
