For 3 years this old deisel(1.6L) truck has been my only transportation-I had a blast driving it. It has saved me a fortune on my 15 mile commute to work(45-50mpg). My plan was to completly restore it but back problems have prevented me from doing that. This truck runs very well but there are some problems; I believe it has a blown head gasket as I keep having to add water to the radiator and there is no leak. I'm surprised that it runs so well. Anyway, this problem is easily fixable. The clutch and transmission are in great working order(another 5 speed tranny is included with the truck). Also, the injector pump leaks and should be rebuilt. Then there are little problems like the drivers side door latch doesn't work. In the 3 years I have owned this truck, I have replaced the radiator, the drivers side axle, all wheel bearings and all brakes and all 4 tires(last year). The heater core is new also. Somebody should buy this truck and do a complete restoration-new motor, new interior and body work(there are some small dents) Camper shell is included-needs a new lock mechanism. There is no A/C. and no tunes. Thanks!
