1995 Honda CBR

Honda CBR 600F3, I dont know much about the bike or motorcycles in general. This one i've had since the start of last summer i've had it checked out and was told it needs a cam chain tensioner the fork seals do leak but nothing serious, it drops out of 2nd gear at about 6500 rpm, its been repainted Black and lime green. its gonna need a new chain which i have, new front and rear brakes i have the front pads as well, theres a few nicks on the right side plastics and the tail peice is broke as you can see in the picture, its gonna need a new front tire to pass inspection. Thats all that i know is wrong with it. IT DOES RUN, STARTS RIGHT UP FIRST TRY AND IS RIDEABLE!!! Its probably best used as a starter bike its what i started on last year and it was very reliable. im not sure of its past i was told it came from maryland it has a pa title. it does need an inspection. It has aftermarket grips, cluch and front brake levers. Thats all i know about it hope it helps. Like i said i dont know much about motorcycles i just take them to a mechanic to get things checked and go by what they say. With that being said its sold as is and buyer assumes any and all responsibilities. Also its up to the buyer to pick it up or get it shipped.
