1967 Triumph Mountain Cub

Very original, stock, unrestored T20M, the true Mountain Cub... square barrel, last and best of the line. I bought this bike a few years ago from the original owner, who had purchased it new in 1967. It was for his wife to accompany him cow-trailing through the hills of Chino (before they were covered with houses). It was used for a couple years, and then garage-stored up until I bought it. The speedo glass was was broken during storage, it reads 1100 miles, that looks about right (I replaced the speedo with a correct Smiths reading 450). This bike has been used the way JOMO intended, and shows the signs of use, but no damage. I personally would not even consider restoring this, but it could be easily done. The bike has original paint, nice original Dunlop Trials tires, no rust chrome, cad plating in decent shape, original toolkit, original Owners Manual (and Parts Book, Haynes Manual), good stock dualseat, NOS Cub solo seat, even a Cub luggage rack. Came with an aftermarket spark arrestor, California hills you know, rear footpegs included. I did the basics when I bought this, and got it started, after a fashion. It was 8-stroking and not responding to throttle. It has the ET ignition, of course, and I wasn't able to dial it in with my home-made degree wheel, so it was put aside as "the next project". Well, several projects down the line, I realize I'm going to be hard pressed to get to this, and could use the funds to finish up a couple other bikes. So here it is. Though I do have some old paperwork, the title has been lost. It is pretty easily replaced in California, there are no back fees. If needed, I could do it, will need to discuss with buyer. Paypal deposit of $200 is required immediately on purchase, remainder due in cash at pickup. Shipping, if needed, is entirely buyer's responsibility. The bike will need to be picked up at my house in Running Springs (92382) prior to 7/25, as I will be gone from the 26th until 8/15.
