Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I personally road test each one so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based on the findings of my road test. The information contained within this description is correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Please read the entire description and review all of the photos carefully before bidding or asking questions. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. This one is finished in the popular Moss Green Pearlcoat with charcoal interior. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep as AVERAGE. It looks as if it took a light hit on the right fender at the front but it looks great otherwise. I couldn't find any rust on this vehicle either! Take a look at the photos...this is a good looking Jeep. The tires have decent tread all around. The glass and lenses appear to be in tact. I buy every clean Grand Cherokee I can get my hands on and this was no exception. I would rate the interior of this Jeep as ABOVE AVERAGE. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout. The headliner is tight. The seats are in excellent condition and comfortable throughout. The cargo area is clean and spacious. The stereo system has been upgraded and sounds excellent. The climate control system is working as it should and the air conditioner blows ice cold air. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all operate as they should. This Jeep is very nice to ride in. Mechanically, this Grand Cherokee appears to be in good condition. This Jeep is equipped with the 5.2L V8 engine that boasts 225hp and 300lb-ft of torque. The engine starts right up and runs well. I noticed no leaks. During my road test, this Jeep behaved very well. The engine kept a nice operating temperature and good oil pressure. The steering feels tight and responsive. The suspension is tight. The brakes stop the truck well. This Jeep is equipped with Quadra-Drive full time 4WD which operates very well and doesn't bind up like some do. There is a slight gear whine which is common. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts like it should. With just under 100k miles on the clock, this Jeep should serve its next owner very well. It is inspected through June, 2012.
