Vehicle Detail
This is an absolutely gorgeous, completely stock, no-rust classic which has been meticulously maintained. I purchased this car in 2004 shortly after it had been professionally re-painted (same stock color) by the prior owner. The car has been covered and garaged. While many Z-cars have been modified with after-market parts and accessories, with the exception of a dash-cap and arm rest, this is a 100% stock car. Everything is in full working order except for the clock and rear window defroster. Seats are original with no tears. I have the original window sticker and owner’s book. Recent Maintenance: · Inspected in PA and registered 4/20/04 with 91,000 original miles. Items fixed: o Steering rack and bushings o Front control arm bushings o Clutch flexhose o Radius arm bushings o Rear inner and outer control arm bushings · 91,000 miles – Wheels and tires (less than 4K miles of wear) o $400.00 Toyo Proxes 4 94V 205/55/R16 tires o $900.00 Pana-Sport aluminum wheels · 91,186 miles – new exhaust o $350.00 Motorsport Auto premium exhaust system for stock manifold · 92,000 miles – Rebuilt gas tank o $400.00 Original tank removed, cleaned, internally re-built and re-coated by “Renu USA” and new fuel-pump installed · 92,577 miles - Major tune-up and light restoration by Mike McGinnis at Banzai Motorworks, perhaps the most highly regarded Datsun mechanic and restorer in the country. o $1552.09 and itemized bill with parts-list is available · 94,000 miles – Brakes o Factory rebuilt brake booster o New brake master cylinder, reservoirs and caps. · The car is complete with the original Hitachi, push-button car radio which is not in working condition but excellent cosmetically and can be restored for $500.00 NOTE: I have a 1975 280Z (Yellow with racing numbers) for sale on Ebay as well. Most parts on these two cars are interchangable and I am open to a package deal offer if you are interested in a solid, functioning parts car to go with this 1976 "keeper."
