1964 Ford Galaxie 500 2 Door Fastback Unfinished Project You are viewing a 64 Galaxie 500 2 door hardtop fastback. This is an original Black on Red Z Code 390, 4 Speed car! Now has a heavy duty C6. The body was removed from the frame, frame was detailed with all worn parts replaced and everything refinished with all new brake lines & fuel lines, shocks, suspension etc..(see pics).The 390 was totally rebuilt to stock specs. All engine accessories were disassembled, cleaned & refurbished as necessary and refinished. The heavy duty C6 was totally rebuilt. The car still retains its heavy duty 9 inch posi rear with 350 gear ratio. Everything was beautifully detailed and replaced in the frame.All chrome was removed from the body, the original red bench seat interior was removed, and the body was refinished in its original Raven Black base clear. Then the body was placed back on the frame. This is when the money ran out. The car is 75% finished. It comes with all of the chrome and stainless in beautiful condition, except bumpers, It comes with the bumpers but they're only cores. All of the original red interior is there but you will want new seat covers and door panels to complete the car. Comes with new carpet, and the new headliner is already installed. All glass is very nice and installed in car. Ask all questions before auctions end or come see it. This is a low reserve auction, so do not bid if you don't intend to follow through. I can store the car inside for a reasonable amount of time if you need to arrange shipping, and can assist in loading. I have a clear PA title signed by the previous owner.
