1970 Plymouth Duster "first year" Original 318, Lime lite car - Repainted 7 years ago with base/clear coat, still needs cut and buffed. Vinyl top and head liner replaced 12 years ago along with new glass gaskets front and rear. Factory Kelsey Hayes front disc brakes. Factory air conditioning (not working). 8 3/4 inch single track rear end (3.23)? Hughes built 727 automatic transmission. Remanufactured Aerohead's (360 Heads). Aluminum intake, 4 barrel holley carb. and Headers. No bondo to speak of. During the painting of the car there was no evidence of past collisions, or collision repairs. The front passenger fender is off of another Duster, that was once blue. When it was painted, the paint was scuffed and shot over. It was never sanded down completely to bare metal. However, it did get down to bare metal in spots during the sanding process, and no bondo was ever found. The only rust is surface rust in the trunk of the car, nothing has rusted through or otherwise compromised the car. Issues - Drivers door latch pin needs repaired/replaced. Need carpets, upholstery. Some blistering underneath vinyl top. Short block needs rebuilt (although it does run and drive), also some blistering along lower quarter panels. Lastly, the subwoofers and box shown in picture are not hooked up electrically. Its merely the box and woofer speakers. 2-10" 1-12"
