We purchased this truck (roughly seven or eight years ago) to occassionally trailer our horses. We have probably used it about a dozen times or so. During the past four and a half years, we've used it to trailer the horses once and it has been driven a couple of times during the past two years. Our mechanic just checked it out recently. THE GOOD: - Low Mileage: 43,404 - Mileage History: The mileage progression has been recorded by the state and California Bureau of Auto Repair can verify (last two not showing on the vehicle history report on Ebay): 09/12/1994 16,546 12/10/1997 27,797 12/22/1999 35,214 12/04/2001 38,996 12/16/2003 40,361 07/13/2005 41,833 (this one has an error, the smog tech added a "1", thus adding 100,000 miles to the car in the 2005 inspection. We're gettting a letter from them.) 07/21/2009 43,252 03/07/2011 43,370 - F350 - Automatic - New Transmission: The new transmission has about 100 miles on it. Please drive it for at least 400 miles before you start trailering long distances. We replaced it after the pump that provides liquid to it went out and caused the transmission to go out. - Dually - Past California Emissions just over a month ago (smog certification) - Current Registration - Fuel Filler: Replaced in August of 2009. - Interior: Clean, not torn, no cracks in the dash, the center console has a wood laminate which is peeling - Seats: Cloth, split/bucket seats in the front, the rear seat folds down - Sliding back window - Gooseneck ready - Hitch with two types of electrical plugs - Adjustable power trailer break for towing - Bedliner: Rhino Lining - Tow Mirrors PLEASE NOTE: - Paint: Clear coat is peeling, some rust spots - Tires: There is lots of tread on most of the tires but they are old, may want to replace We purchased another truck on Ebay.
