I am selling a formerly daily driven 1999 Ford SVT Contour, Silver Frost Metallic w/ Midnight Blue Interior. I am the second owner, I purchased the car in MA in 2002; I have all service documentation and the car is mechanically unmodified. I had an active alarm installed and an aftermarket radio with speakers and wiring for an amplifier (mounting position under the rear parcel shelf). The car is a very strong runner, the only issues are that the AC compressor, and parking brake cable need to be replaced. For the past 2 emissions inspections I have had to have the facilities do the OBD test before the start up test because the OBD system isn't holding the drive cycle information but the car has no problem passing the tests themselves. The paint is clean and undamaged except for a scratch on the left side of the luggage compartment lid. This example of #1841 of the 2760 of these vehicles produced by Ford and they generally probably have collector car potential, this is one of the better ones you will find clean inside and out and not 'tuned'. I will provide the original radio and chrome ringed grille (the car is pictured with the black one).
