For Sale: 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Malibu This is a rare project car! It is a true 138 Super Sport (see picture of VIN plate). This project car has plenty of rust and will need replacement passenger floor and trunk floor panels. It has a 10 bolt rear end and driveshaft. This SS originally came with a 327 and an automatic transmission. It does not come with an engine or a transmission. I don't have either of them, sorry. The original color was burgundy, inside and out. It was built in Georgia. It has no front seats and the back seat is not in good shape. It needs a complete restoration but the foundation is solid. The frame does not appear to be rusted badly, only the body panels. This is an awesome project with lots of potential. I have a notorized bill of sale and a tax record invoice from Georgia with a letter which expalins that the state of GA does not title antique vehicles, therefore there is no official title. It is my understanding that a title can be aquired with the GA paperwork if your state does title antique vehicles. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have. Thanks!
