Who/Where we are: Double-D-Auto Sales 104 Lewisberry Road New Cumberland, PA 17070 Located about 15 minutes south of Harrisburg, PA right off Route 83. Most vehicles are trade ins, new dealer trade ins, auction purchases, estate settlement purchases or consignments. Vehicles are listed, described and advertised with information received from previous owners and/or what we notice during the short time we have in our posession. We typically DO NOT know any history, service records, previous repairs or previous issues with these items.....what we know will be listed in the ad.....AND......obviously we cannot predict any future problems, issues or breakdowns on any used vehicle. All items are sold as-is and no warranties are given or implied unless otherwise stated in the ad (some/most of our vehicles qualify for our new warranty program and we will clearly state that in the ad if that is the case). Most of our items are also pictured while on our shop/garge lift....we do this extra step to help you folks feel more comfortable and to help you see as much detail as possible.....we are not your typical "used car dealer" that plays games.....we will do our best to show and tell you everything we know and see with each vehicle. If its got problems, we will tell you. If it has damage, we will tell you. If it has title problems, we will tell you. If we see it, notice it or are told it by previous owner, we will tell you. If there is something not mentioned or you have a specific area of concern or a question....just call or email us and we will do everything possible to find out the answer for you. We do all of our EBAY auctions as a NO RESERVE Auction......this means NO high starting bid, NO rediculous asking price and NO games......High bidder wins the auction and buys the item for his/her winning bid! This means that YOU determine the sale price of the item and we sell the item regardless of the final price.........this has been our policy for over 10 years now on ebay and we find that it works very well for our customers. Our other strong policy is that we DO NOT end auctions early, no matter what! Once one of our auctions gets a bid, it rides out all the way to the very last second.....we do this to be fair to ALL bidders/potential buyers......you do not have to worry about the auction ending early. This car comes with the original: M.S.R.P. window sticker (sold for $4009.25 new!), Original factory build sheet, Original 1967 owner protection plan/warranty book WITH Original metal PROTECTO PLATE still in booklet....NEVER REMOVED!....... and also the Original Dealers New Vehicle Inspection and Adjustment schedule/Delivery Report!!!.............Try and find another car with that stuff folks! Also, clean and clear PA title documenting car with 53k original miles! This car was a Factory Special order with Front BENCH SEAT w/4 speed!!......Very rare as I am told! Item features, options and info: 1967 Chevelle Malibu Super Sport Coupe (138 vin), Correct and NUMBERS MATCHING 396 Turbo Jet V8, close ratio 4 speed manual transmission, SPECIAL ORDER Factory bench seat, factory 4-seasons Air Conditioning, Vinyl roof (CO8 code), tachometer delete special order, Power Steering and Brakes (J50 code), custom front and rear seat belt option, heavy duty radiator, Code Correct paint, trim and interior = (FF paint, 723 trim) Marina Blue paint with Bright Blue Vinyl Interior/Trim, 12 bolt 3.73 rear, 14 inch wheels, dual exhaust, etc...... This car was built in the Baltimore, MD plant and delivered/Inspected by MD. dealer on July 31, 1967 and inspecting Technicians name was signed on report that we have. Factory order number C6791, zone 14, dealer 016 (A.D. Anderson Chevrolet). Car and pictures speak for themselves......excellent condition, runs and drives like new and can be driven......it was built and restored to be a highly driveable piece (not a "looks only" & trailer only car). ****A few minor flaws noted: in dash clock and radio not working, blower fan not working, fuel guage not working, a minor flaw/scratch here or there possible from driving but all in all a SUPER BEAUTIFUL CAR......show and go quality!! Drive to any show in the U.S., get ALOT of lookers, admirers, droolers, dreamers, a trophy here and there if you want and then jump in and drive home! Just a gorgeous, as original car as you may ever find. Car has just recently been gone over and PA state safety inspected....good through 12/11!! This car has had practically every nut and bolt, bracket, screw, grease fitting and etc.....removed, redone or replaced. Shocks, suspension components, steering components, tie rods, steering box, engine/tranny mounts, crossmembers, brake system, emergency brake sytem and brackets, engine, transmission, driveshafts, coil springs, fuel tank, tank straps, Rally wheels, etc.....all new or redone = excellent! Some of the original equipment was used as it was in such nice shape and the goal of building this car was to maintain as much originaility as possible, so as much original stuff was kept and redone as much as possible. This car is gorgeous......look at our pics, you can eat off the bottom of this car. Underneath painted before reassembling......NOT just blacked out like most "restored cars"...this is a quality job folks!.........see pics!! This car was in a private collection since restored, kept inside and covered. Driven a few times a year to shows and muscle car events.....you may have seen this car at Carlisle or Super Chevy shows. Super nice car, great driver, clean/original car and she is a real one folks with the right stuff and the right documentation. This ain't no backyard build folks!! Done right and built to enjoy and drive! Starts right up, idles properly and smooth, no smoke or noises, runs super strong!.... transmission and clutch work 100% normal, no overheating, no rear noises, excellent tires, tight steering, excellent braking, built to enjoy and built right folks!......Runs great, sounds great and looks great......a real head turner and classy car.....runs and drives as good as or better than it did in 1967!!! Clean title. #'s matching, original miles, right documentation, factory/dealer docs and build sheet and Original Protecto-Plate with book! Folks, this ain't no ten thousand dollar project car, not a twenty five thousand dollar backyard build and has been professionally restored over a 2-3 year period. This car is gorgeous and done right. No wavy quarters, no welded or riveted patch panels, no fake bull crap on this car.......top quality restoration but also a driveable car.....built to enjoy and demand respect by real Muscle car enthusiasts! __________________________________________________________________________________________ *******Yes, this car was listed before and sold for only 36 grand, which we had to honor even though the boss was hoping for more. Buyer paid deposit and followed through per the terms but then had an unfortunate personal situation that disabled him to complete deal.
