I have for sale here a 57 BelAir 2 door hard top. Its a pretty good car to rebuild. It is missing a few things like motor ,trans , seats and core support. It has been kept in a shed for a long time. It really doesn't have much rust on it. The floors and braces aren't bad. The trunk floor and the seamless frame look ok. Years ago it has had some body repairs done to the quarters, but it doesn't look like it was rust repair. There has been some paint and bondo removed from the quarter panels, but looks to me like it can be cleaned up and put back on. The front fenders will need a repair patch on the lower bottoms. You can see the hole in the floor where a shifter has been. There is some rust in the trunk lid.( I would replace it.) Also it would need patch work on each side of the rear panel where the bumper almost hides. The doors open and shut good and the glass is usable with some small cracks. The dash looks to be ok and the chrome on car is usable. Do some body work ,put in a pair of old bucket seats , Install the V8 and 4 speed of your choice and go cruising. I do have a good title with this car. I also have a assortment of engines and transmission and bucket seats that can bought separate for this car if you need them. I am selling this car as is where is with no warranty. I will help you load it if you need it. It can set in my yard for 30 days after it has been paid for. I can give you names of people that have hauled for me in the past and done me a good job,but the shipping costs belong to the buyer. I will answer your questions as quickly as I get them.
