Up for auction is 1978 RM400. I know this is one of the rarest years to find. I had a friend give this to me a while back and I had planned on restoring the bike but I've just got too much other stuff going on. If it doesn't sell complete, I'll part it out and get more for the bike. The bike has good compression. I've never tried to start the bike so I have no idea how it runs, if it runs. My guess is that if I cleaned the carburetor and put some fresh gas in it, she'd fire right up. It looks pretty rideable. The back tire is about bald but everything looks functional. Look's like the exhaust has been welded on a bit. Because I haven't tested it at all, the bike is being sold as-is. No title. Local Pick-Up Only. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
