Here is a beautifully built and cared for fully custom Official Indianapolis Pace 500 Corvette Convertible with LOW MILEAGE. 1 of only 7315 ever built in 1986 and few in this condition. C5 Millenium Yellow with Black interior. Highly modified L98 engine. NEVER abused and works great. A very nice reliable and powerful Corvette. This car has had over $11,000 spent on it in the right places. Paint is in excellent condition with only a couple of blems. She has been inspected by ICBC, our Auto Insurance Agency who are well known to be very rigid in their inspections. Subsequently, she passed in 2006 from A-Z with flying colors. Documented Mileage of 80,227. I imported her from Washington so bringing the car back into the U.S. would be no difficulty at all. She still has all the U.S. emissions intact. It was already fast with stock 235-horsepower stock V8 engine. Now running around 320 horsepower (was dyno'd 2 years ago) and sounds smoother than ever. Only sounds "aggressive" when you step on it. The Paint is about 5 years old and looks great. $7000.00 invested into the body in 2006 which transformed the 1986 body to look like a 2000. The body was stripped with many hours block sanding, 3 coats of Millenium Yellow along with 3 coats of clear, intense amount of wetsanding & polishing making it glow throughout. There are NO chips in the paint but a few scuff marks on the lower passenger side that can be buffed out and are very miniscule. Obviously it is accident free and there are no scrapes or cracks underneath the chin spoiler. I found this engine to be very smooth, flexible and quiet with plenty of torque. Plenty of power to throw you out of the seat. No wheel spins and has been serviced annually with Mobil 1 full synthetic. Stored in a climate controlled garage. I have taken the car out regularly to keep all the seals lubricated and running as it should. Engine was rebuilt and hp increased in 2005 at 66,500 Miles which included new hypereutectic pistons, high-lift cam, high volume oil pump, and a 3 angle valve job. Interior features an American Racing Package kit which matches well with the exterior. All the LED instrument lights were replaced and work much brighter then the factory LED lights. The dash and doors look as new with no sun damage fading or cracks. Very rarely parked in the sun for a long length of time. I installed a New Convertible Top in 2005 when the engine was being rebuilt. Eclipse Sound System with Remote hooked up to Bose Speakers, and Orion Subwoofer. A/C works but would need a recharge as it is not ice cold. Stock Vehicle Anti-Theft System. Neon light package installed underneath Corvette.
