Up for sale is a 1996 Jeep Cherokee "Country" Edition. Hate to sell this beauty, but the recent purchase of a new vehicle forces the sale. One word to describe this vehicle: Tank. No drips, leaks, or slips. Engine runs strong; transmission shifts smoothly. Mechanically, in great condition. All stock (or OEM replacement parts). Exterior/Engine: 160K highway miles...recently tuned up: New air/fuel filters, thorough throttle-body cleaning (see picture), new spark plugs, etc... Meticulous care of engine (oil changes, tune-up, etc....all documented with receipts and service records) New Calipers in the front, with about 75% remaining on pads. Tires have at least 75% tread left. Luggage rack on top Towing package Interior: Carpet and upholstery in good condition. Original spare with jack AM/FM Stereo (w/detachable face) "Just so you know": Air conditioning needs servicing (probably a new compressor as well), and the cruise control is inoperative. A couple small areas of rust, but nothing over the size of a "half-dollar" and are in inconspicuous areas. Again, this Jeep is solid. She's been a daily-driver for the past couple years, with no issues at all. We just bought a new truck, and we've got to make room in the driveway!
