For sale is a 1996 4 x 2 suburban 1500 with VORTEC engine. I have owned the truck since November 2002 and have taken excellent care of it. Regular oil changes between 3K and 4K miles with BG oil treatment, tire rotations, and general maintenance for a vehicle that is 15 years old. The body is in excellent condition, but does have some small scratches and dings which are hard to see in the pictures. No major rust, the door panels and quarter panels are in excellent condition, there is rust on the back bumper and tow hitch. Interior is clean, no rips or tears with upholstery. This was a secondary vehicle for me and would make an excellent utility vehicle for someone who needs a tow or work truck. The second row seats fold down for additional storage (see pictures), and has a Sony AM/FM/CD radio with MP3 jack. In the past 10,000 miles the following maintenance has been completed: Front brakes and rotors, new gas tank (42 gallons), new fuel pump, 3 of 4 shocks, serpentine belt and pulley wheel, plugs and wires, (4) O2 sensors.
