This car has been sitting in our driveway for approximately 5 years now, originally because of a flat tire. But now it has several, and it would need to be towed. It is being sold "as is" because I am not a car person, but I do know that it has several flat tires, and probably a complete tune up because it has been sitting for quite a while. Most likely a new battery as well. We have some of the detail trim that has fallen off too, but may not have every piece available which will come with the vehicle. It is rusting a little but like any Volvo, it takes a lot to rust! These engines are meant to run forever and it could if you can fix it up. This vehicle needs to be picked up with a trailer or towed somehow. We have owned the vehicle since about 1990 or 1991 so there was probably only one owner before that.
