1983 Honda Gold Wing

1983 Honda Goldwing GL1100 Interstate. This is a 28 year old bike, do not expect it to be in Factory Show Room condition. Please look over the pictures and description carefully. Please contact me with any questions or if you need more pictures taken. Very little rust on this bike! Actual Mileage! Starts and runs good. Front Tire has good tread and Rear Tire has 1 to 2 years left on the tread. Chip out of the Right Top Windshield. New Brake shoes, Front and Rear, work well. Exhaust is in good condition, with no holes and very, very little rust. New Battery. Right Lower Fairing has the bottom tab broken off. Left Lower Fairing has the bottom frame mount missing, is in the Trunk. New Starter. New Front Fork Seals. Fairing has a long crack on the Right Inside. Rear Shocks hold Air. Front Shocks have a slow leak, takes around 2 days to go down. Timing belts are in good condition with no Cracks or Weather Checking. Good Seat with No Rips or Tears, has Driver Backrest Mounting Bracket. Left Side Cover has a long crack in it. Radio does not work. Carbs were cleaned and synced. All Gauges, Headlight, Running Lights, Turn Signals, Brake Light and Horn are fully functional. Over-Drive Light not working. Keys for all of the Locks. No Fluid leaks. Doesn't burn any oil. Clear Iowa Title. If the bike is on the side stand with the Fuel Petcock on, it occasionally overflows into the left front carb. I always park the bike on the Center Stand with the Petcock in the Off position. Have not had any problems with the bike starting that way. Bike is a pleasure to ride. Pickup in Indianola Iowa or will help your Carrier load the bike or ride it home. This is a great Classic with many, many miles left, and it looks good too.
