This Beta-Zagato Spider is rare indeed, there were only 2300 made. It is a 2000 with auto trans, A/C, P/B and P/S with only 41604 original miles, runs and is drivable. The interior is in excellent shape for the year. The body is straight and has very little rust. it needs a new termostat, housing is corroded through, P/S hooked up and tires and has a minor exhaust leak. It has been stored since 2003 and is non-op in California. It comes with extra parts including the kit to rebuild the carb and misc literature and repair manuals.
