This is a good looking 1966 M.B. 250SE. Paint is faded but we buffed out some areas and it will shine. Car was running very well until the fuel pump went. Someone told the owner it was the distributor so he loosened that in an attempt to adjust it. ( we know-it makes NO sense). He than replaced the fuel pump with a used one, which only works if you tap on it. Anyway-this vehicle is NOT running at this time. It WILL need a new fuel pump and the timing adjusted. In addition the shift rod will need to be reconnected to the transmission lever. There are 0 miles on this vehicle since a $ 2100.00 brake job about 6 months ago and yes,we have the receipt.The paint is faded BUT does buff out very nicely. Small tears and rips on the seats and seat backs but not really bad at all. There are 2 speaker holes in the rear package tray. The rear suspension has been changed over to springs. This vehicle has a NEW YORK TRANSFERABLE registration. I know this car as I was the one who sold it to the previous owner. We are OPEN to trades (prefer foreign cars) but willing to talk about whatever you have. The ONLY spot of rust on this car is one small spot of SURFACE rust on the hood.We must receive a $300.00 deposit by paypal within 3 days of the auction ending and the balance in CASH upon pick up. Vehicle must be picked up within 14 days off auction ending unless prior arangements have been made.
