Vehicle Detail
Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over what a dealer may ask for the same vehicle by eliminating most of the overhead expenses that they pass down to you. Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I personally drive each one so I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this car based on how it looks and drives. The information in this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic, nor do I possess the facility, equippment or training to offer a professional evaluation of any vehicle. If you would like to inspect any vehicle in my inventory before bidding, just email me to arrange a time to meet at my storage facility. You are encouraged to bring your mechanic or anyone else that could be usefull. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. All vehicles are sold "as-is" and "as-traded". Unless specifically stated otherwise, I do not service or recondition any vehicle. Any known faults are fully disclosed. Please read the entire description before bidding or asking a question. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 2000 Buick Park Avenue. This Park Avenue is finished in tan with matching leather interior and polished wheels. I would rate the exterior of this Buick as AVERAGE. The paint shines very well, making this a good looking sedan. There is a small amount of surface rust at each of the rear fenders and a little on the bottom of the drivers door which is normal as these cars age. Overall, this is a great looking Buick. You don't really see anything bad unless you're up close or actually looking for it. All of the glass and lenses appear to be in tact. The tires are in poor condition and should be replaced soon. The Park Avenue is the flagship of the Buick line. They are great to drive and great looking cars. I would rate the interior of this Buick as AVERAGE. With the exception of a patch or maybe protective covering on the drivers seat, the leather interior is in very nice condition. The carpets and headliner are reasonably clean for a car with a few miles on it. This Park Avenue is very well optioned. The windows, locks, seats and mirrors are all power operated. This car comes with two master keys, one valet key and one remote. The remote entry is in great working condition. The stereo is factory and sounds great with in dash CD and cassette. The climate control is fully automatic and is working as it should. The air conditioner is ice cold and there are separate temperature controls for the passenger. The stereo and climate control can also be adjusted from the steering wheel. Both front seats are heated. This Park Avenue is equipped with Homelink which allows you to program three different garage door openers to operate with a puch of a button inside the car without having clickers clipped to your visor. Mechanically, this Park Avenue seems to be in great condition. The 3.8L engine starts right up and runs smoothly. I saw no evidence of any leaks. This engine has been a part of GM's line up for decades for a good reason. They make excellent power and are very reliable. During my time driving this car, the engine held perfect operating temperature. There were no warning lights on. The suspension and steering are nice and tight. The brakes stop the car well and without noise. It drives strait down the road and does not pull to either direction. At highway speeds, this is a vibration in the front end. Usually when there is a vibration with no pulling, it is a tire problem. Judging from the condition of the tires, I would say that a new set of rubber would fix this issue. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts as it should. Overall, I think this is a great car. It runs like a champ. These cars are at home on the road and are perfect for someone who drives a lot. You get full size comfort and ride with V6 fuel economy which is important these days, especially if you find yourself traveling frequently. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
