The vehicle was sold as having fresh water damage. When the vehicle arrived the interior was completely dry but the car would not start. After a little work we were able to get the SUV running however there is a distinct engine noise (light knocking) that can only be heard while under power. It seems to drive fine with no other issues. All electrical systems appear to be working properly. Some of the engine accessories are making noise from getting wet and bearings getting corroded. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections.
