1938 Buick Special - straight 8 cylinder motor freed, turns over but does not start, no wire on the starter or coil. Good glass in windshield and rear window, all side windows are defective. Front end body parts are somewhat loose due to missing bolts. Includes transmission and rear which I believe are original. Fenders do not have rust holes, running boards are sturdy. Mileage listed is as shown on gauge however the true mileage is unknown. Great project car! Email with any questions.
