This Jeep has been parked in my driveway since June of 2009. The last inspection date was October 2008. I have another vehicle that I drive, so this one has been neglected for about two years. Battery died but I replaced it, but still refuses to start up, probably needs new spark plugs. One problem the Jeep has is its leaking steering fluid, as well as a crack in one of the rubber coverings above the passenger side front tire. Aside from that, the rugs inside are a little dirty and there is some wear and tear to the driver seat, but overall its in good shape. Since it doesn't start (though I have no doubt it will run great when it does start) it will have to be towed to the winning bidders residence. It needs to have the spark plugs replaced and taken to a mechanic. Also it needs to be inspected and the steering fluid line repaired to stop the leak. The winning bidder is responsible for having this vehicle towed or shipped to their location at the buyers cost. Please don't expect to come to my house and drive it away, like I said, it doesn't run in its present condition, needs to be inspected and maintenanced. No, I am not a car dealer, nor have I ever sold a vehicle on eBay before.This Jeep is not inspected (last inspection October 2008,) nor is it insured.The Jeep is also fourteen years old, so the paint job is not pristine. There are some minor chips in the paint, and a few rust spots here and there, but nothing serious.I will not end the auction and place a buy-it-now, I feel that would be unfair to those who are bidding.If any bidders feel that this new information changes anything, please feel free to retract your bid before it hits the 24 hour deadline.I will be posting some new photos here shortly of various angles of the Jeep soon, hopefully if it ever stops raining. I don't know what it is from, it was an issue when we bought it. It is located above the front passenger side wheel well.Slight rust on the hood bracket.Unfortunately (I never noticed this before now) there is a crack on the driver side door on the inside, probably from the heat and sun.Tear in the spare tire cover. Spare tire is in fine condition.Trim along the passenger side door is coming off towards the bottom.Rust on the step, both passenger and driver side.The undercarriage of the vechile, I was asked to take a photo of this.I am not a mechanic, I don't know how easy this stuff is to repair.
