The car is an amazing 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe that came to me as a 289 V8 car with an automatic transmission. I have taken it apart, and installed an independant rear suspension (IRS) from a 2003 Ford SVT Cobra, & Heidts independant front suspension (IFS) w/ coilovers and disc brakes. All rotors are new and cross dilled. The original engine was pulled to be replaced with a 4.6L modular V8 from a 2009 Mustang GT w/ 4,000 miles on it, and the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine will come with the full engine wiring harness, straight out of the 2009 Mustang. I have the motor mounts, they just need to be welded in still. The paint was just done on the car completely before I disassembled it all, and the interior is all brand new (black) as well. I have also installed/adapted a hydroboost brake/steering unit to the vehicle, using an original set of 1968 manual pedals, and also adapted the hydraulic master cylinder for the clutch. Overall, this is an amazing car already, with the potential to be really amazing and blow everyone away. Have clear title in my name. Like I said, I just have not had the time to work on it recently.
