For sale is a 1999 Ford Crown Vic Ex-Police Car Project it does not run ,will have to be towed or hauled or car dolly which ever you choose, it most likely dropped a couple vavles on pass side , the vehicle did run on half cyl when parked and tore down , the car has a frame lift on it to support very big wheels , the exterior is black with a cheap single stage paint job on it and the interior is ruff in some places. Here is the good 1.
