My 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder is up for sale: This can be described as a collectors car, since MR2s are not made anymore. Feels great cruising with the top down, enjoying the Summer sun and breeze. The steering is very responsive, requiring almost no space to make a u-turn. Park it in the tightest spots, slide into parallel parking, it's no problem. This car sticks to the ground, feels safe and stable, very fun to cruise in! I always see people looking at this car when it drives by them. It's one of those RARE, eye-catching & head-turning kind of car. Best of all, it's affordable, easy to maintain, ultra-reliable (built in Japan), and fuel efficient, Gas Saver. This MR2 is in excellent shape. I just had it detailed, and fluid levels inspected. Mechanical condition: Very Good to Excellent. Runs smoothly, no problems. Has four practically new tires, recently replaced suspension, new battery, and new clutch. Interior condition: Very Good. A few tiny scratches, a small blemish on the glove compartment, and regular wear and tear on the steering wheel and shifter knob leather (see photos). Other than that, everything is perfect, no missing parts, all original features look good and work well. Exterior condition: Good to Very Good. Top works well, paint is shiny, and car has no dents. But, the paint does have a few small scratches/peel areas (front bumper, wing, rear quarter panel), and a small rip on the cloth top near the rear window. (See photos below.) On the whole, this is a solid, great running car that has the regular wear and tear of ownership. It has been well maintained and lightly used, had no accidents, and low miles. I recently purchased my MR2 from a friend in Arizona, but I have to sell now to cover extra medical bills. Please Note: This car will have AZ plates when sold, because I have no need to register it, since I'm no longer keeping it. AZ registration expires in Feb 2012, so, no problem, Easy to register in CA, NV or AZ. However, if you're in a different state, please check with your DMV guidelines before bidding.
