LOOK LOOK LOOK!!!!! 1981 Chevrolet Camaro REAL Z28 4 speed car with tons of original documentation!!!!!!! Black car with factory silver Z28 stripes and silver interior. Car runs and drives fantastic. Drive this car anywhere. No rattles, squeaks, or anything unusual. Car still has factory super T10 transmission, but is now powered by a mild 406 small block. Engine is fresh with less than 5000 miles on it. No smoke, leaks, or any funny noises here either, factory electric choke even works. Engine as I said is a mild built 406. Cam is a good sounding comp hydraulic unit, but not too wild to be an aggrevation. Heads have been mildly ported with new stainless valves Comp 1.6 aluminum roller rockers, hardened seats, screw in studs, and guide plates. Engine is topped with an Edlebrock intake and 750 vacuum secondary Holley carb. Car has a brand new HEI ignition and plug wires. Engine breathes through a set of Hooker headers and 2.25 in aluminized exhaust exiting through a set of turbo mufflers all run like the original exhaust. Car also has a brand new Centerforce clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing in it. Transmission shifts slick as a button using the factory shifter. Synchros are all nice and tight, shift bushings are all tight, couldn't ask for a better shifting super T10. This car rolls on a set of 17x8 and 17x7 polished Torque Thrust wheels and Nitto tires with like new tread. Car was original shipped with an open differential. The car now has a new Auburn posi unit, bearings and seals. the factory 3.42 gear was retained. We all know these cars are getting harder and harder to find and especially a REAL Z28 4 Speed car. This car Comes complete with all of the factory documentation as well, including the window sticker, build sheet, and owners manuals. This car is also 100% rust free. Floor plans are solid, trunk pans are solid and clean, just a nice nice car. This car is nice, however if you are looking for a show car you need to look somewhere else. This is an excellent driver and turns heads. This is a great piece to ride to car shows and what not. However, if you wanted to make the car a show piece, it could stand Paint. I am selling this car for a friend, so this is in fact a third party sort of opinion on this car. It has been sitting in his garage for a while now collecting dust and he feels it needs to be enjoyed by someone else.
