Hello, you are looking at my 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser, this vehicle has been in my family for about 10 years, my dad bought it around 2001 with 114,000 miles and it has been owned by him and then I ever since, both dad and I (I'm 34) are quite methodical on the way that we maintain our vehicles and I think it shows in the way this old girl runs and drives. This Cruiser has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, it has NEVER once failed to start (not even for a battery) and has always gotten me where I was going. Also this is the best vehicle I have ever driven on the snow or ice, its rock solid and never even acts like it wants to slip. So, after all of that praise, you'll be asking, "Why on earth is he selling such an awesome Machine???" Honestly, its because I have 5 cars counting this one, and something has to go. I will definitely miss it, and I'm sure that next winter I will regret selling it. For the last 10 years it has never been taken off road, can't realy speak to what was done with it before we had it, but it looks like its always been a city vehicle, it has had Amsoil in the tranny, transfer case and in both axles since dad bought it and up until the last oil change also has had amsoil in the engine too, I put Shell Rotella in it because I ran out of Amsoil, you can choose what you would like to put in it at next change. It also has always run a K&N filter since we've owned it, it will be freshly serviced when you pick it up. Everything works, including all of the electric window and electric locks, the AC blows SUPER COLD and the factory radio works perfectly. It also is equipped with a rear heat blower, 7 passenger seats, running boards, keyless entry, sunroof, roof rack, towing package and Goodyear Fortera tires all around, and they have lots of tread life left in them. Again, mechanicaly, I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere, but alas, she isn't perfect, her paint has faided areas and light scratches from my parent's dogs jumping up, it isn't terrible, but its there, it has scuffs and whatnot that you would expect on a 15 year old vehicle, also it has a couple of areas where rust has started to peek, most notably, a spot on the very front of the hood, and a spot under the window seal of the rear lift gate, you can see them in the pictures. There is also a very minor crease on the front bumper, my dad bought it that way and it doesn't effect anything at all and is barely noticable. the ony other thing is that it has a few VERY light spots of hail damage, you really have to get it in the perfect light to see it, it is so minor, I can't even photograph it. The interior is in overall nice shape, but the leather wasn't tended to by the previous owner, Dad had the driver seat re-upholstered, but the front passenger and middle row still show quite a bit of wear, since weve had it we've kept them cleaned and dressed with Lexol, all of the seats are servicable, just not beautiful, the driver's seat and the rear row of seats are almost perfect.
