For Sale here is a 1998 Subaru Forester. 4 door, All wheel drive. Black exterior, Gray interior. Only 48,214 Miles! New Battery!. Windows and locks are power and there is a cd player and cassette player. Spare tire also included. The body and engine are in excellent condition. The only things that this car needs are a paint job if you want to (the paint is wearing off from sitting outside for years), a front driver side fog light, a passenger side mirror plate (just the plate, the housing is there) and a plastic strip that goes on the rear passenger door. Other than that the car is perfect! Now for the explanation of why I am asking half what it is worth. I am sure some people looking at this auction have seen storage wars on tv. I recently purchased this car from a storage auction in MA. I am the owner and I have a receipt with the VIN number to prove it, But I do not have a title. This Car is being sold as is without a title. It looks as if it has had a reconstructed title according to the autocheck report. But it also says that it has never been in an accident, and from looking at it, it definitely does not look like it has ever been reconstructed, but that is what the autocheck report says. You will have to find a way to get the title. I have also run the VIN number and can assure you that there are no outstanding liens or anything else on this car. This car has been sitting in storage for 7 years! I bought a new battery had a key made and it started up instantly! I drove it around with no problems and tested all the electrical stuff and there were no problems. stereo works, heat and ac work, all lights work, wipers work, locks and windows work, etc. Great car! even if you just need it for the engine this is a great deal!
