Unmolested 1973 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus with original broadcast sheet. Numbers match. One of 115 made. Third owner. Daily driver or easy restoration.400 cid engine block casting numbers:6-7-72, 3698630-400-5. Block legibly stamped 3G1143 matches vin number. Still runs strong. Factory Hurst pistol grip 4 speed shifter. A-833 manual transmission. Excellent condition, recent $1,300.00 complete overhaul.New Hays 85-301 clutch and pressure plate, and resurfaced flywheel..Holly 650 cfm dbl. pumper 4 barrel carburetor, manual choke. Headman ceramic coated headersDual Flowmaster 50 series mufflers, 2 1/2".welded exhaust system with "H" pipe and 3 1/2" stainless exhaust tips. Richmond 355 gears, 8 3/4 Posi sure grip rear end.Black interior, twin bucket seats with fold up armrest for 3 front seat passengers.Additional tachometer, water temp, oil pressure,and volt gauges.Bumpers re chromed about 7 years ago, and also replaced the radiator, and mini high speed starter motor.Firestone Firehawk tires SSID 225/70/R14 ,1998, about 7/32" tread left., installed at 50.000 mi. 5 spoke magnum wheels with chrome center caps and beauty rims.Clean dashboard no cracks, not the original gauge cluster, mileage similar to original.Headliner. and rear seats in great condition. Carpeting is ok, and could use some upholstery repair to the front seats.All window glass is in excellent condition except for a 3" scratch in the upper part of the drivers side window. Shows in photo. Trailer hitch with removable draw bar.Like new premium full car cover. Original owners manual.Original broadcast sheet and decoding manual included.Driver's side door hinge is worn, but is still usablePower brakes..Power steering. Photo shows tight fit for steering column shield covering the universal joint and exhaust header. It can rub when the engine leans into a right turn. The old headers were the same way, it's been like that since 1990 when I bought the car. It doesn't seem to be a problem so we never did anything about.Original green hood is available, the once Petty blue Roadrunner hood on the car now is painted flat black and white. Paint is ok, metal flake green, looks like one new coat over the original green, which was done over 21 years ago before I bought the car. The drivers door must have been repainted later though, because in just the right light you can notice it is slightly different shade of green than the rest of the car. The broadcast sheet box 13 on the second line, body paint is JF8 (forest green). Also the same on fender tag. (The brown looking paint it trunk is Rust Olium primer over the original green paint.) The trunk., engine compartment, and door jambs are all the original paint. The sheet metal is very solid. Always garage kept, and rarely driven in winter. However there are a lot of little paint chips and dings along both sides, and the lower quarters are showing some rust out and holes in the usual places on the under body behind the wheels, and in the wheel wells.The under uni body itself seems to have been under coated a long time ago, may be original, and all in good condition. Floors in trunk and passenger area are all solid.
