2001 Corvette Convertible Lt Pewter Metallic with Lt Oak Leather interior and Lt Oak Top with hands free Bluetooth, 7” touchscreen Navigation with Traffic, DVD playback and USB thumb drive connector The color combination is stunning and I never fail to receive compliments on the car every time I drive it. Most people think that it is new and are shocked when I tell them it isn’t! (The first 8 photos in the series of photos shown were taken on 5/3/2011 as was requested by an interested buyer that wanted some full sized current views sent to them and I have posted the smaller versions of those new shots here also.) The car was purchased new in Tucson from Watson Chevrolet and has been owned and driven with great love and care by retired owners since it was new and it needs nothing. The car was purchased as a retirement present to themselves and was driven all over the USA to golfing destinations and most of the miles were driven on the highway and was driven very little in town. The car is being sold because I just purchased a new Corvette C6 Convertible this week and do not have room to keep both so someone will get the chance to have the opportunity to enjoy and love this car as much as I have, The car not only looks nearly like new but also drives like new and has excellent deep tread Michelin AS ZP tires with brand new Tire pressure monitoring sensors installed in all 4 wheels last fall. The brakes were also redone in 2010. The car is ready to drive anywhere with no concerns. On a recent trip to Lake Tahoe the car averaged nearly 30 MPG on regular grade fuel with a full trunk and two passengers so besides being very quick it is very energy efficient also!!! This car is loaded and originally sold for $52,918 plus an additional $5,000 in extras. It is a loaded car with a lot of factory options including Dual Zone Air Conditioning, Automatic transmission, Memory package, Adjustable Sport Seats, 6 way power seats both sides, Head Up Display, Power telescoping steering column, chromed aluminum 5 spoke factory wheels plus many more. I have and will include with this sale all the original paperwork including the owner’s manual, window sticker and a complete record of all service including all receipts since it was new. The car has been maintained to perfection and beyond and there are documents to back up all work done on the car. This is a very nice and well cared for car. It has the original paint and there are a few minor nicks in the paint that have occurred over the 10 years. Top is in very nice condition as is all weather-stripping. I have owned around two dozen Corvettes and have driven them since the late 1950’s. .The car is registered in Arizona with a clean clear Arizona title and passed the Arizona emissions testing with no problems in April 2011.
