Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over retail by eliminating most of the expenses that the bigger dealers pass down to you. Before listing a vehicle on ebay, I personally drive it so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. The description you are about to read is my honest opinion of this vehicle based on my time spent driving it. It is my goal to describe each vehicle in such detail that you feel as if you've driven it yourself. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. You or your mechanic are more than welcome to personally inspect any vehicle in my inventory. Just email me and set up a time for us to meet at my storage facility. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. All vehicles are sold "as-is" and "as-traded". Keeping my overhead low is how I can sell everything with NO RESERVE. Please assume that your new vehicle will be in need of at least routine service at the time of purchase. I do not service or recondition any vehicle unless specifically stated otherwise. All known faults are fully disclosed. Please be sure to read the entire description carefully. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very nice 1998 Chevrolet Suburban LT. This loaded up, top of the line model is finished in a very nice dark green and tan two tone exterior with matching tan leather interior. This one comes with the more desirable "barn doors" in the back to make loading and unloading simple and easy. This is a very nice looking truck and I would rate the exterior as "above average". The paint has a very nice shine all around and shows no major flaws. On the hood, there is a quarter sized chip and on the left fender there is a kinda thin, faded spot (see photo). Otherwise, she is pretty clean and shines up well. All of the glass is in tact and all four tires have decent rubber left. There is a trailer hitch out back for towing, too. Just look at the photos! The interior of this Suburban is very clean. I would rate the interior as "above average". Other than the typical rip in the side of the drivers seat cushion, there really isn't anything bad to say. The other seats are in excellent condition. The carpets and headliner are all clean. This top of the line LT model comes equipped with power windows, locks, mirrors and front seats. Both front seats are also heated. The stereo is the factory cassette/CD combo and sounds great. The climate control is working properly but the A/C should be charged. There is front and rear heat and air conditioning. Pride in ownership definitely shows throughout this truck. There is the original owners manuals in the glove box. The factory remote entry is in good working order. You even get the original $42,000 window sticker! Don't miss a great truck. You can transport 7 adults comfortably and enjoy decent fuel economy for a vehicle this size, too. Even with the third seat, there is more than enough cargo room...or you can remove the rear seat in seconds for some serious storage capacity. I love Suburbans! Mechanically, this truck is in very good condition. The tried and true 5.7L engine starts right up and runs smoothly. Sometimes there is a light squeeky squeek in the belt but it's intermittant and not bad at all. During the several occasions I have driven this vehicle, it has ran extremelly well. The engine keep proper temperature and perfect oil pressure. I could not find any leaks coming from this truck. The suspension and steering are nice and tight. The brakes do a good job of stopping this big truck without squeeling or pulsation in the pedal. On the highway, she drives like a dream. Accelleration is effortless and at highway speeds, she tracks strait as an arrow. On one of my drives, the ABS light came on for a bit then went off. I haven't seen it since then. Don't be surprised if it makes a future appearence. The transfer case gives you the option of 2WD, AWD, 4Hi and 4Lo to handle any situation. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. I love these trucks because they are never out of season. They are perfect for the snowy winters, a much cooler alternative to a van and you can take advantage of its tremendous cargo and towing capabilities to handle almost anything you can throw at it! Everyone should have one of these, in my humble opinion. I buy them whenever I can because I know how nice it is to have a vehicle like this around. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
