The car has been in California since new and is 100% rust free. The original engine start right up and sounds as healthy as can be. There is no leaking, smoking, overheating or strange noises. The acceleration is positive and she runs extremely well. The clutch feels great and shifting through all the gears is effortless. The brakes, steering, and suspension are all good. A new master cylinder was just installed, so the car stops on a dime. The car was stolen many years ago and was branded with a salvaged title. It was outfitted with a kill switch/push button start. This car has never been in any accidents and has a rust/rot free body, chassis, frame, trunk and floors. The drivers side window regulator needs to be repaired or replaced, the window won't stay up. Amazingly the car still bears all of it's factory original paint which has a lovely patina. The color appears to be British racing green and it is gorgeous. The finish is mostly faded on the roof, hood and trunk. Even as-is the car still looks great and the fact that the body is completely untouched makes it that much more authentic and attractive.
