This wagon, one of the last of the really bid rigs, has been wonderful to us; a workhorse that is fun and comfortable to drive. I bought it from a man who used it alone. I don't think anyone ever sat in the back seat until we bought it, and the third seat is still virgin. It is the port fuel injected 302 and gets better than 20 mpg on the highway in "automatic overdrive". It had 95,000 miles on it when I got it and now has 163,993 miles and is going strong. It has been sitting for a couple months now because we don't need it anymore. It could probably use plugs and such but runs well; it needs brakes but does stop. I have new front rotors and pads in the box; probably needs rear shoes as well. I replaced the alternator when that failed; it has new tires. The air works, all the windows work. The tailgate opens two ways and shows wear. The interior is as you see in the pics, worn out drivers seat, everything else not too bad. Some small tears in the rear of the headliner from loading. There is rust at the bottom of the rear fenders behind the wheel, mostly on the drivers side but that is it for rust; the frame, floors, doors and all are solid. The paint, or at least whatever clear coat they used over the paint, is failing. The plastic covers on the "wood" trim is off in sections. The exhaust is good; the car uses two cats and one is getting rusty. Run it or restore it or both. Low reserve.
