This is a 2004 Bmw 330ci with 73,041 miles. It does run and drive. Both the engine and SMG transmission function as they should. The car was totaled by Allstate Insurance and will come with a New York state MV907-A Salvage Certificate which would require the car to be examined after repairs were made in order to have the rebuilt title issued. I will set the Reserve at the price of what the engine is worth alone, keep in mind the wheels, Smg transmission, Glass, and interior are still in good/excellent condtion. Brakes function perfectly. Suspension is still good however, I can't say I know that there is no damage to the rear passenger side suspension components, being that is where the car was hit the hardest. Body panels that are still good include: Drivers side door, drivers side fender, front bumper, passenger side fender,roof, trunk lid (minus the latch). The air bags did not deploy There was frame damage to the rear of this vehicle, the body shop that I had look at the car said it could be fixed but it would be a lot of labor/money the car does track straight while driving. This is a great opportunity for someone that has time to Part it out or the necessary skills/equipment to fix it, I have neither. I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle and have had it since 48,000 miles. I have done all the oil changes with Mobile 1 fully synthetic oil/and purolator filters every 5,000 miles. The car was actually hit in my driveway by a driver that fell asleep and drifted off the road so the car was not running when it was hit. The car was originally from Philadelphia and has always been garaged during NY winters (underbody is not rusted). This car has the cold weather package, premium package (tan leather, wood trim), and sport package with the 18" alloy wheels, the color is orient blue mettalic, car is fully loaded other then Navigation. The water pump/anti-freeze and rear tires (last summer) are the only parts that I have replaced on the vehicle since I have owned it. The windows are tinted.
