I recently purchased this car on ebay form a guy in St. Paul, Minnesota. I test drove the car and everything seemed to be fine, so i paid him for the car and drove it 225 miles home with no problems. I was very impressed with the ride and handling of this car on the way back. And then the next morning I got in the car fired it up and tried to back out of my driveway and there was no reverse. I tried it in drive and it moved forward, I managed to maneuver it out of my driveway and after ten minuted of running i tried reverse and it worked. I have been driving this car for about a week and a half and once the car is warmed up reverse works. The car has had good maintainence,and the under carrage is extremly clean, it has had a timing belt kit, battery, and and tires installed about a thousand miles ago. The breaks and rotors are in good condition but the abs module needs to be rebuilt (about a $50 fix).The left tail light lense is broken,and the rear bumper cover has some cracks, the front bumper cover needs to be replaced, and the rear left bumper shock needs to be replaced. Also the check engine light came on a couple days after i purchased the car. I got bit again on ebay, it happens to me once a year, but i do get some fantastic deals. I believe you will be able to drive this car home with no problems (aside from reverse when the car is cold). I also stopped at Maplewood Audi and had a new key made with the door locks because i only recieved one with the car. I also had them scan it for the radio code.
