Up for your bidding pleasure is my 1996 Geo Tracker affectionately known as "Ginger". As you can see by the pictures she is in pretty good shape. I take good care of her. She runs great and gets good gas mileage too. All in all she treats me very well too But I have too many cars at my house so one has to go and Ginger has to be the one. But don't cry for Ginger !! You could give her a good new home and in the process get a very good deal on a good running reliable car that will treat you right too !! Here is the low down good and bad on the car. Here is the good. The motor fires up the first time every time and the transmission shifts smoothly in every gear as it should. She runs like a champ. About 4000 miles ago I did a major overhaul of the entire brake system front and back with all new parts. When I got the car they weren't working very well and I pulled a wheel and found they needed a total rebuild so I did the work. At about that time I also did a major tuneup with all new parts top to bottom (wires,plugs,cap,rotor,filters,fluids...). I have changed all the fluids in the car since I bought it except the rear diff. Last fall I replaced both belts. I do regular oil and filter changes myself and the most recent one on this car was aproximately 500 miles ago. All of her controls and systems work as they were intended to when it came from the factory. The tires are a matched set of Cooper Trendsetter SE radials with about a little less than half the tread left or so. The windshield and window glass is all clear and chip and crack free. The soft top is in great shape and leak free. All the zippers work great and you can see out all the plastic windows very well too. The Interior is in great shape there are no rips or tears in any seats The dash is solid and not cracked at all and all the instruments and lights work as they are supposed to. You can see all of this in the pictures. There is also an aftermarket car alarm installed. There is not too much bad about the tracker to say. In the pictures you can see a small parking lot door ding on the passenger side door. The clear coat is fading on the hood in a couple of spots but that is the only place on the car, the rest of the paint is nice and shiney. The history report says the car was involved in a rear end collision long before I owned the car. I have been all over the underneath of the car and see no signs of any repairs from a crash. There is factory undercoating everywhere. I can only guess the report is from a fender bender. The car drives straght and true. The only evidence of a rear collision is the small scuff on the back bumper you can see in the pictures. The car is PA inspected until the end of May but I see no reason it shoud not breeze right through inspection once again. When I had it inspected last year my mechanic said it had no problem passing emmisions. I have driven it less than 5000 miles since it's last inspection due to the fact that I have other cars I have been driving . Ginger is a good running little car for you or your teen or if you just need somthing economical to run around town. I have her reasonably priced well below what I have seen others with many more miles and in worse shape sell for over the past few months. So all you need to do is win my auction or buy her now, come pick her up, pop the top off and you'll be driving around having plenty of summer fun !! I am located in Fairless Hills 19030, a northern suburb of Philadelphia easily acessed from the PA turnpike, Rt 1 or 95. You will also be responsable for all taxes and fees related to the transfer of the title from my name to yours BEFORE the car will be released from my posession. This is non negotiable due to previous negative experiences I'm sorry to say. I do reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is for sale locally as well.
