Vehicle Detail

Relist nonpaying bidder stiffed me for $8250 on two cars and ran bid above reserve just for... Please don't bid if you can't buy. Don't let your wife, or kids bid either unless you plan to pay the bill. If ebay would step up and file suit this could be avoided. In the last month I have been stiffed on 3 cars for $14,750 dollars. For those of you who think this is funny, I will have your home address and file suit. $1000.00 non-refundable deposit due 48 hours after sale. Contact should be made within 2 hours of Auction closing to let me know how deposit and final sale will be closed. I would prefer final amount in cash and in person. At any rate no paper work done until I have full payment secure in my hands and car does not leave my shop. Sorry some people make this info needed. It's spring and I'm still cleaning the Garage. Just sold a beautiful MGB. Now here goes my Avanti II. I have owed this little Rare Classic Roadster since 2001. (10 years) Yes I am a car collector. I had 15 cars in my Garage and not enough room to move them around and get them out and drive them. As I saw on another fellows posting. I woke up turned around and I'm old and Grey with a garage full of Cars! I have enjoyed driving this car an showing it over the past 10 years. It has a 350 LT1 corvette motor Staight from the Avanti Factory in South Bend IND. in 1980 with a 400 chevy turbo trans. making this one of the easeist Avanti's to take car of and maintain. I have had no trouble what so ever mechanically with this car. It does at this point have a small gas line leak due to sitting with new gas in it that has eaten the old rubber a bit. (Will need repaired if you want to drive it home.) How ever it can be started and loaded onto a carrier without in problem. Paint is weak. Not sure if it was repainted at some point in its life or not. I know the color was correct for the 63 & 64's. With that said I'll let the picture tell its story. On Apr-10-11 at 17:27:20 PDT, seller added the following information: Paint is not chipping, cracking or peeling it is just thin and dull. On Apr-10-11 at 17:41:25 PDT, seller added the following information: The system is not letting me make changes or letting me revise the VIN# Correct Vin # is RQB3063 also I have lowered the Reserve! On Apr-24-11 at 06:46:15 PDT, seller added the following information: It Seems some people thing that it is a joke to bid just to see what the reserve is on a reserve Auction!!! They do this so everyone will know what the reserve is with no intention of buying the Item. Then ebay makes money by charging the seller a fee to relist. Ebay needs to take action on this but then again they may be doing it as the bidders say, I never bid on that Item. Do not bid if you have no intention of paying!!! Thank you Again. Sam
