This is a 1991 Chevrolet Suburban R15 1500. I have been restoring this truck for a few years. It has not been wrecked and you can see how clean it is. The truck has a clear Ohio title that says reassembled. The engine has been rebuilt, so the numbers do not match. I have a picture of the title. The truck has new shocks less than 1000 miles on them. The front ball joints have less than 1000 miles. The interior could be cleaned. I tore out the old ceiling liner and was going to get a new one, but did not get around to it. The carpet is fair. The seats are in good shape with no cuts or holes. Again, the interior could use a good cleaning. It could look nice, but I would replace it if I were continuing to restore it to like new. The frame and body are in great shape. The truck spent most of its life down south and I only drove it in the summer here in Ohio. I'm not sure why, but the only rust hole is in the passenger side lower door. An isolated bad spot probably caused by a stone chip. There are a few small dents here and there. The paint is oxidized and the hood is peeling. Front tires are fair. Back tires are poor. The truck is very solid and you can see by the pictures that the frame is in great shape. Now for the engine. The engine was built by Rusty Vaughn Racing. It is a 350 bored over to a 383 stroker. It has been balanced and blue printed. I have the paper work. It has less than 1000 miles on it. Engine components include: Chevy Vortec pocket ported heads Engine block GM #3970010 4 bolt main Comp Cam and roller rockers Trick Flow pushrods New Pink Rods Comp Cam springs Hardened EX seats Hedman Headers and brand new duel exhaust with duel mufflers and duel cats. Still fuel injected for better gas mileage. If you know anything about high performance motors done by a professional high performance shop then you know the motor alone is worth $3500. The block alone is rare and worth a lot. With the engine, the exhaust, suspension and other expenses, I have about $6500 invested in this truck. The truck runs strong and everything works except the air. It needs charged. The drivers side window needs to be put back on the rail. The drivers side back window is cracked and I have a replacement. The passenger side long window in the back has a crack. I can get a replacement if buyer wants. The doors on the back need a locking mechanism. I planned on finishing this truck and using it to tow. It has wiring and octagonal plug for trailer, a hitch, and a trailer brake. We bought a new vehicle that I can tow with so I have no use for this truck. Please email with any questions before you bid.
