Up for auction is a 1968 buick LeSabre 400 flat black and lowered Here are the details, i installed corvette springs in front, and buick grand national out back. The front springs are sho,t they will not support the car anymore and it needs front end parts, draglink,ball joints, the control arm bushings are ok It runs very wel,l and has no abnormal/unwanted noises. Lifters are quiet and no lower end knocking, transmission shifts well and has no issues other than a pan leak (brought on by lowering) I have a extra chrome pan ill throw in if the winner wishes it The interior is in worn condition on the drivers side. At some point in its life, the previous owner had it painted red and the interior to match. I pulled off the front cover from the seat which was in great condition, but, couldnt hold up to daily driving. The rear seat still has the cover on it.I would think its the same as the front but you can deal with it It needs bodywork in the usual places, in the fenders and wheel arches, but, has a solid floor and frame. Trunk needs a new pan its "HOLY" It has been alot of fun to own and drive now its time for a new home At the very least the engine and trans can be pulled and put in something else. its the year with the most horsepower and most nickle in the block (im pretty sure ) im not asking alot but i wont give it away either
