Listing another of my good 'uns from here in the hills of Tennessee. Kindly check my other auctions & thanks for looking. This bike has been just sitting around gathering dust out here in my little backyard shop for quite a spell so this winter I decided to "spruce 'er up a bit". Bike ran but not good enough to suit me so here I go, stripping 'er down. Swingarm & chain cover needed painting so glass-beaded & flat black paint. Took wheels off & apart, cleaned & lubed bearings & installed new Michelin tires & tubes. Took apart the front end (Earles Type) cleaned & lubed all pivot points. Ordered 1st oversize pisrton & rings before engine was removed. Oh well, new owner will get new piston with the bike since the existing cylinder & piston were within tolerence. All I did to the cylinder was break the glaze & reinstall the standard piston & rings. Compression is 135 psi, nice. Cleaned the head & reseated the valves, all now as new. What am I going on about, the bike had only 433 miles on it....Installed new carb but old one (very useable) will go with this bike. Everthing works as it should, even the electric starter. Has a spot of rust here & there but very little. Tank is rust free. Seat is as new. Clear Tennessee Title in my name in hand. All Blue & white paint is original. Rims are rust free & nice. Bike is ready to ride. You might see a bit of dirt/mud on the tires since I've been riding her a bit as of late. New battery & ask questions, I'll answer as soon as I can. Might help with delivery if not too far from West Tennessee or can bring to VMD at Mid-Ohio if paid in full beforehand.
