PLEASE READ AD IN ITS ENTIRETY Up for auction is a 1993 Honda Civic DX 2 door coupe mileage xxx,xxx.xx this vehicle is equipped with a 4 cyl 16 valve 1.5ltr automatic transmission. I really haven't had this car for too long. I bought it as a non-running car due to a head gasket problem. This car now runs fine and drives. The heat and A/C work alright. The tires are in pretty good condition. Also great on gas. Car has high milleage but is in decent shape. The brakes probably could use a change. This car could be a daily driver but, there is a little downfall… This car will not pass emissions as of right now. And will over heat if it runs for 30mins to 1 hour (bad thermostat) I live in a county where the car must pass emissions. Car has a check engine light on ((has nothing to do with it failing or passing emissions cause the year of it, it can have the check engine light on and it will pass emissions)) The emissions guy told me that the car runs too lean. ((There is fuel thats not being burnt)) which is a chance of the 02 sensor being bad. On ebay I saw a whole exhaust manifold with the 02 sensor included for 60$! The catalytic converter passed on the emission testing (THE CAR RUNS LEAN ON FUEL THAT IS WHY IT WILL NOT PASS!!)I have recently replaced all of the hoses and clamps. It has a brand new head gasket, all the gaskets on the upper half of the motor have been replaced. The plugs and wires have been replaced. Oil has been changed. all work has 228miles on it. The body has some dents, dings, and scratches (As u can see in the pictures) This car's interior is very clean! There is a tear in the driver seat.(As u can see in the pictures) Around the cd player has some minor scratches and cracks. The blinker lense is missing, but all the lights do work! Everything works in this car, all windows roll down, all dash board instruments are in working order. It will not over heat! It wouldn't take much to get this gas saver on the roads again! It DOES run and DOES drive.
