2002 TOYOTA CAMRY XLE 3.0 LITRE V6 ****************NEW, LOWERED PRICE!!!!! ************************** Very low mileage for this model year, and very well kept/ maintained. Garaged, never wrecked. (This was my father's car, and as he has passed away recently, my mother asked me to sell it for her to pay funeral expenses.) The car was bought new by my dad's lifelong friend, and when he went into a nursing home, he sold it to my dad with about 10,400 miles on it in 2004. It has only 59,910 original miles on it, and they are what I'd call "low impact" miles. Dad was meticulous about his driving, never pushed a car beyond its abilities, changed oil and tires regularly, and generally "babied" his vehicles. This vehicle runs great, quiet (I hardly hear it running when I drive it), still has great acceleration, burns no oil, tracks straight on the highway. It has ABS, Traction Control, and Front and Rear airbags (6 in all by my count), including side-curtain bags. The trunk is very clean, has a FULL SIZE SPARE , and has a "cargo net" and an extra trunk mat. The seats are leather, have no rips in them, and are VERY comfortable. The front seats are BOTH electric and have seat heaters (VERY nice in Winter..). The stereo is AM/FM/CASSETTE/6-DISK CD CHANGER, having features that I still am discovering. Rear tires are newer than the front ones, and they are all four Michelins, P205R16. All four tires have excellent tread left in them, good for at least another 40,000 miles. The sun/moon-roof has 2 positions, which I show in the photos: "tip up" or "slide". Very cool. The "new" stuff includes a little bumper skin detailing: I had the front bumper wrap replaced with a new one, and had the rear one "reshaped", and the paint looks great. This had to be done because quite frankly, my dad encountered a little "curb rash" in his later years, and the bumpers looked kind of ugly. NO sheet metal damage! I've not yet re-attached the front licence plate, so that's your option. Also, I had the right mirror repainted, to make it look nice again. There are a few SMALL scratches along the door lower panels, and a few rock dings, but other than that this car looks great. The last picture shows the TWO complete sets of remotes and keys, along with the "pass" certificate from State of Illinois Air Quality test. Next test date is June 2012. If I needed a car myself, I'd have bought it from my mother, but we have all the vehicles we need, so it's being sold. In all, this is easily the BEST XLE I have seen listed, and I am selling it with confidence that it will provide the buyer with many miles of great service. Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding!
