This auction is for a 1986 Chevrolet van. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up. Vehicle is not in running condition. Vehicle will need to be towed at buyer's expense. The winning bid is considered an agreement to purchase and is final. Local Pickup All items are pick up only. Please bring adequate manpower to move and load items. Items must be both paid for and picked up within 3-5 days of the close of the auction. See individual auctions for payment and pick up deadlines. Please call (270)745-7017 to schedule a pick up appointment. Pick up appointments are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and noon and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. only. Payment Methods We accept cash in exact amount and certified check in person at time of pick up. We accept PayPal. PayPal payments must be received before scheduling pick up. If the buyer chooses to use PayPal for the payment method he must show his driver’s license or other official photo ID at time of pick up. If the buyer chooses to send someone else to pick up his purchase he must send written authorization to wkusurplus via eBay stating the pick up person’s full name as it appears on his driver’s license before he can schedule the pick up. The pick up person will be asked to present his driver’s license at pick up. wkusurplus is not authorized to release items to anyone other than the person named in eBay as the winning bidder for the auction without the written authorization of the winning bidder. Kentucky residents will be charged the six percent state sales tax. State residency is determined by the address listed by buyer in eBay. Tax exempt buyers must submit a valid tax exempt certificate before the state sales tax will be removed from the total purchase price. Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If payment is made via PayPal and the winning bidder fails to pick up the item he will forfeit his PayPal payment.
