Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1997 Mazda 626 LX Sedan. The car is a decent car, with a decent body for the year of the car. The only problem with the car is that it has a blown head gasket, so it won't start. I had the transmission fixed on the car before the gasket blew, and that alone cost $1600, so the car would be a great car for someone who can fix the gasket. I need the money, so instead of fixing the gasket myself, I've decided to just sell it. The car has 141,137. It's black, with tan interior. From the pics you can see that the windsheild has some cracks in it, which will be roughly $100 to fix. Also, the car has a couple dings, and scrapes, which could be taken care of with a minor paint job if you choose to. The car is fine the way it is though. It has seat covers on the front seats because it has a few rips in the leather, which isn't noticable now because of the covers. The car is being sold as is, with no warranty, and would be a great first car for a teenager, or second car in the household. I had no problems while driving the car after the transmission, besides the gasket. I currently live in Jackson, MS. and I drove the car to and from New Orleans with no problem. The mileage is considered low for the year of the car, and it's a great deal (no reserve). If you have any questions, you can call or text me "Brandon" at 601-456-1830. Thanks for looking, and God bless!!! I called around for quotes on the gasket to find out the different rates, and the cheapest that I found was $400. Also, this car is a 4 cylinder, which is the easiest and cheapest to fix. While calling around, I was also told that if water hadn't gotten into the oil yet (which it hadn't), that is a great sign. It could mean that it could just be my radiator, so the problem may not even be as bad as I think. I would try to take care of it, but it currently sits at my aunts, and I just simply do not have the funds to do it. My lost is your gain. Also, the battery is good, but needs to be charged!!! Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. Plus, you will need a tow truck, or bed to put the car on, seeing as it won't start up
