Up for bid is a 1969 GTO hard top Car has matching #'s 400 4SPD WS Motor Rear end in tact Vehicle identification verification affidavit from Louisiana Department Of Safety Office All PHS documents Description: I purchased this vehical in 2010 from a local seller. It has been garage kept since I purchased it. There are some visible rust spots which I noted in the photos. The car needs total resortationI inside and out. The engine is in tact, except the transmission which I have all the parts for as indicated in one of my pictures. History: I did not list the titles as clear even though they are. I somehow I accidentally threw the tiltles out with papers I was disgarding not realizing it until later. I am presently in the process of getting a new copy. I have also had the State troopers office of Louisiana provide me with an affidavit for vehical identity verification as proof of authenticity showing titles are clear. On Apr-09-11 at 19:03:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Updated information on description as of 4/9/2011: I am re-editing some information on the listing of this vehical which I was unaware of until a bidder contacted me who is very knowledgeable with GTO's. The vin # that is listed on my information is what is stamped on the body of the vehical. I checked today and was able to located the # 's on the engine block. They are not the same, but are GTO motor and car. I have on my photos pictures of the block/engine showing the serial # with the WS stamp which stands for the ram air motor. After emailing a few people who knowledgable, what most likely happen was that this car came from the factory with a WT motor originally and the owner probably had it exchanged out after the fact with the ram air motor. The PHS documents that I have are for the car itself. The GTO WS motor that is in their now was put in after the car was sold to the orginal ower. Like I stated earlier I purchased the car in 2010, I truthfully have not touched it or had time to fool with the car that is why I am selling it. The information I listed is what I purchased the car assuming. As questions have been asked from bidders have led me to this information that I want to be forthcoming and clear. It is a great car and still a GTO. I apologized for any confusion and clarify any unanswered questions.
